Ruca Kitai’s cuisine offers authentic Patagonian flavors in a three-course format: starter, main course, and dessert.
Dishes are prepared with seasonal, regional ingredients, combining technique, identity, and elegance. Patagonian trout, local lamb, and a variety of wild mushrooms and berries are transformed into memorable culinary experiences, where local ingredients become exquisitely unique.

At Ruca Kitai, we cultivate much more than food: we cultivate a connection with the land, its cycles, and essential flavors.
Our organic garden offers a variety of vegetables, greens, aromatic herbs, and edible flowers that nourish a seasonal, mindful, and creative cuisine. We also incorporate wild and ancestral regional plants—species that were part of the Mapuche diet and are now respectfully and carefully revived.
Every ingredient that reaches the table preserves its origin, seasonality, and identity.
